No credit check bank accounts - what are these and what does this mean? A no credit check bank is a bank that does not look at your previous banking history as criteria for deciding whether to give you an account or not.
If you have had some financial problems in the past, you will want to look at getting a no credit check banking account. In fact, if you can't open a checking with a normal bank, you will have to seek out the banking services of a no credit check bank.
So what are your options when it comes to no credit checking accounts? You can look around online to see what you can find. The first thing you might want to do is to look for a bank that does not use the ChexSystems network. Now, it's going to be pretty tough to find a bank these days that won't - but there still may be a few around. You can look through your phone book for a list of your local banks and call them all up and ask if they are on the ChexSystems network or not. You may also be able to find a list of non-chexsystems banks on the internet.
The other thing you can do is to open a special internet account called a second chance account. A second chance account is an special service that is specifically designed for people with bad banking history - no check on your credit is done.
If you can't open an account at a bank because of financial problems in the past - don't give up and assume you can't get a bank account. You can, but it will just take a bit more work on your part.
